Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales and leasing activities across residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in handling HNI clients, IPCs, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, leasing, and business development for:
- Residential projects
- Commercial office spaces (rent & leasing)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
- HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients
- IPCs (International Property Consultants)
- CPs/Channel Partners for sourcing and closures
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through strategic networking and market outreach.
- Manage end-to-end client engagement including presentations, negotiations, site visits, deal closures, and post-sales coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maximize business growth.
- Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA (Marketing) with 10+ years of experience in real estate sales and leasing.
- Strong exposure to commercial leasing, office space transactions, and residential sales.
- Proven experience in handling HNI clients and institutional relationships.
- Well-connected with IPCs and channel partner networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling high-value transactions independently.

- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and leasing structures.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and generate repeat business.
- Leadership and team management capabilities will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
