Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team whenever required.
- Update customer information and interaction details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Maintain daily activity reports and follow company processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Pre-Sales, or Business Development is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication and computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Office or CRM software is preferred.
