The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to work with the Digital Marketing Team at Zorba the Buddha in improving our digital and social network engagement and outreach, thereby contributing in bringing happiness to people’s life.
The job responsibilities include:

Creating a digital outreach strategy for assigned spiritual and cultural programs

Working with the communication and design team for creating attractive visuals

Coordinating with enrolment team to check the quality of leads and a source thread

Working on SEO for the Blog site, social networks such as LinkedIn, Google ad-words etc.

Creating campaigns which depict the essence of the organization and programs.

Analysing the data and modifying campaigns accordingly.

Bringing the cost per conversions within the prescribed limit

Making a post-marketing analysis of each ad-set

Leading a team
People with the following experience will have an added advantage:

Experienced people with good English who can see beauty with regards to creative content are most suitable.

2-4 years of experience

Experience with digital and social network promotions or campaigns

Demonstrated success with specific campaigns

Worked with spiritual and cultural organizations
People who are spiritually or culturally inclined would be the most suitable. Prior experience in digital marketing would be useful.
We are a spiritual non-profit organization and prefer people who have worked/volunteered in the non-profit sector. We offer salaries comparable to this sector, which are lower than the for profit/corporate organizations
