We are seeking an experienced HVAC & Cleanroom Site/Project Manager to oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution of HVAC and cleanroom systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project schedules, and delivering projects to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities for projects.
- Supervise installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, cleanroom panels, and related systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support.
- Oversee testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC and cleanroom project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanroom standards, and M&E services.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
