English Teacher – Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students according to the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, assignments, and other teaching materials.
- Use innovative teaching methods, smart boards, and interactive activities to make learning effective and enjoyable.
- Assess students’ academic progress through classwork, projects, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students based on their learning needs.
- Encourage students to develop confidence, communication skills, creativity, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ academic progress and performance.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and other academic activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning and school improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate academic records and complete assigned responsibilities within deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,746.06 - ₹20,789.84 per month
