Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone and maintain professional communication.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve sales and performance targets as assigned.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
