We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a purely office-based role, focused on generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth for our advertising services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Handle client inquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Pitch advertising and marketing services to potential clients
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferred in advertising or service industry)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
