Tableau Developer –
We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to design and deliver impactful data visualizations and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and a focus on performance and usability.

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Translate business requirements into analytics and visualization solutions
Work with multiple data sources and perform data analysis & validation
Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience
Manage and publish content on Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud
Develop calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and filters
Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Provide support and enhancements to existing dashboards
Skill Requirements
Required Skills
8+ years IT experience , with 4+ years in Tableau development
Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server/Cloud
Proficiency in SQL (joins, complex queries, performance tuning)
Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL concepts
Experience with large datasets and dashboard optimization
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Snowflake/Databricks) is beneficial
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
