Job Description – PGT Humanities / Mass Media
Location: Glendale Academy, Hyderabad
Glendale Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Humanities / Mass Media Educator to deliver engaging and student-centric learning experiences. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Humanities and/or Mass Media subjects while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective lessons in Humanities / Mass Media subjects
- Create an interactive and inquiry-based classroom environment
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic reports
- Encourage research, presentations, and project-based learning
- Support students’ academic and holistic development
- Participate in curriculum planning, school events, and parent interactions
- Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning culture
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Humanities, Mass Media, Journalism, or related field with B.Ed. preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/IB/Cambridge curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
- Proficiency in classroom management and technology-enabled teaching
- Passion for student engagement and collaborative learning
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
