Job Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts on a daily basis.
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.
- Upload and update product catalogs, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor product performance, sales reports, and account health metrics.
- Handle Amazon PPC campaigns and optimize advertising performance.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for listing creatives and A+ content.
- Track and improve Buy Box performance and product rankings.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and product listing optimization.
- Knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple products and client accounts efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Amazon Marketplace Management.
- Experience with Flipkart, Meesho, or other ecommerce marketplaces will be an added advantage.
