HR Executive – Job Description
As an HR Executive at Dermalist, you will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth HR processes and support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing HR processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements and support day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRMS tools is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a startup, D2C, or consumer brand is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,119.33 - ₹40,316.16 per month
