Job Summary
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines and related equipment. The role requires strong technical expertise, preventive maintenance practices, and effective communication skills to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform breakdown maintenance and provide effective troubleshooting for CNC machines.
- Execute preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve machine-related issues promptly to ensure production continuity.
- Handle shift operations efficiently and coordinate with production teams.
- Maintain and follow 5S standards in the work area.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (DEEE / BE) or relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in maintenance, preferably in CNC machines
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine troubleshooting
- Expertise in preventive maintenance practices
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Good documentation skills
