Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for OWC systems.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Meet facility managers, apartment associations, builders, industries, hotels, hospitals, and government officials to promote OWC solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical and environmental benefits.
- Understand customer waste management requirements and recommend suitable OWC solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for site surveys and project execution.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems and submit regular reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field can be considered
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Fixed salary plus attractive sales incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
