We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative / Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, quotation preparation, customer coordination, order processing, and payment follow-ups while working closely with Field Sales Managers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other outreach activities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Support Field Sales Managers in driving opportunities to closure.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and payment collections.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates.
- Ensure accurate sales documentation and order tracking.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Coordination.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in quotation preparation and sales documentation.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
