Fashion Designer / Store Manager – Grandfit
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Grandfit Menswear is looking for a Fashion Designer who can manage the complete customer journey—from the first client interaction to the final garment delivery.
Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in and appointment-based clients.
- Handle client calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and bookings.
- Consult clients on fabrics, colours, fit, styling, and customization.
- Take accurate body measurements.
- Prepare and manage customer orders.
- Coordinate with masters and tailors throughout production.
- Schedule trial fittings and final deliveries.
- Ensure a premium customer experience at every stage.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and professional.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in retail, fashion, tailoring, or customer service is preferred.
