Role Overview : Product Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting product issues, assisting customers and continual improvement in product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for medical-grade refrigerators.
- Coordinate service activities and repairs with internal and external technical teams.
- Travel as required for installations, servicing and customer training.
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement in product design and production processes.
- Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to enhance overall product performance.
