Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our staffing and recruitment consultancy. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for clients across various industries. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer closures.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) goals.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tools/ATS.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
