We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Visa Counselor to guide students through their overseas education journey. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and excellent counseling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, suitable courses, universities, and destinations.
- Provide complete guidance on admission processes, application procedures, and visa requirements.
- Assist students with documentation, SOP guidance, visa file preparation, and application submission.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, visa regulations, and university requirements.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with students throughout the application and visa process.
- Maintain student records and ensure smooth coordination with universities and partners.
- Achieve counseling and conversion targets while maintaining high service standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in overseas education counseling / visa counseling preferred.
- Knowledge of countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to counsel students and parents effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good convincing and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience handling IELTS / TOEFL / PTE / Spoken English counseling or training will be an advantage.
- Experience in student recruitment and admissions processes is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
