Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Simulation Engineer with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will perform structural, thermal, and fluid flow simulations, optimize product designs using CAD tools, and contribute to the development of high-performance drone and robotics systems through data-driven engineering insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural, thermal, and fluid flow simulations.
- Develop and optimize product designs using 3D CAD software.
- Analyze simulation results and provide engineering recommendations for design improvements.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and R&D teams to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations of simulation findings.
- Validate simulation results and contribute to continuous improvement of simulation workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in simulation engineering, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), or related domains.
- Strong working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Proficiency in 3D CAD/Design software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Siemens NX, or similar.
- Experience with simulation tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, COMSOL, Star-CCM+, OpenFOAM, or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret simulation results and drive design optimization.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for drones, robotics, and indigenous technology development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on project experience involving FEA/CFD simulations.
- Exposure to drone aerodynamics, structural analysis, or multiphysics simulations.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
