Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration (BHA), Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Master's Degree (MHA/MBA-Hospital Management) preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in hospital operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing an OPD in a multispecialty hospital.
- Experience with NABH-accredited hospitals preferred.
JD -
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all OPD services.
- Monitor patient registration, consultation flow, billing, investigations, and discharge from OPD.
- Maintain optimum patient waiting time and improve patient experience.
- Coordinate with consultants for OPD scheduling and appointment management.
- Ensure all OPD counters are adequately staffed
- Ensure courteous and professional patient handling.
- Address patient complaints and grievances promptly.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the OPD.
- Supervise OPD executives, reception staff, coordinators, and support staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower availability.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave management, and discipline.
- Conduct departmental meetings and daily briefings.
- Mentor and train team members on SOPs and customer service.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash collection.
- Monitor cash scroll submission and timely reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Finance for resolving billing discrepancies.
- Minimize billing errors and revenue leakages.
- Monitor daily OPD revenue and MIS reports.
- Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new staff.
- Perform performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
- Recommend disciplinary actions where required.
- Identify manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment with HR.
- Monitor employee productivity and performance.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
