Profile Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO team and manage multiple client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with the ability to guide team members, develop SEO strategies, monitor performance, and achieve organic growth targets.
What Will You Do:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the SEO team to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
- Develop and execute complete SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
- Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Plan and implement On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
- Review and approve On-Page SEO work including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, content optimization, URLs, and internal linking.
- Plan and monitor Off-Page SEO activities including link building, guest posting, outreach, citations, and content promotion.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, redirects, broken links, website structure, Core Web Vitals, and mobile optimization.
- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to analyze website performance.
- Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track individual team member performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare and review monthly SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Handle client requirements, SEO discussions, and performance-related queries when required.
- Train junior SEO executives and improve the team's overall SEO knowledge and productivity.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Strong understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Understanding of website structure, HTML basics, indexing, crawling, and technical SEO.
- Strong knowledge of link-building strategies and backlink analysis.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and create actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
