Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior management.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and follow-ups on behalf of executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense reports when required.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and confidential records.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist in planning meetings, events, and day-to-day office operations.
- Perform administrative tasks and support management with special projects.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
