We are introducing an innovative self-pickup and apartment-based delivery model designed to transform how urban communities access everyday essentials.

Key Responsibilities
Business Expansion & Market Development
Identify and onboard apartment complexes and communities for kiosk and self-pickup delivery operations
Build relationships with apartment associations, facility managers, and local stakeholders
Support the launch and expansion of new micro-delivery hubs and kiosk locations across the city
Help establish and refine the business model in new markets and communities
Customer Acquisition & Marketing
Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities within residential communities
Drive customer acquisition, activation, and repeat engagement
Conduct sampling activities, awareness campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
Work closely with digital and offline marketing teams to improve adoption and retention
Operations & Execution
Manage end-to-end kiosk and pickup-point operations
Coordinate with delivery, supply chain, and customer support teams
Ensure smooth functioning of apartment-level fulfillment systems
Monitor operational metrics, customer feedback, and service quality
Entrepreneurial Ownership
Solve operational and growth challenges independently
Experiment with new ideas to improve customer experience and efficiency
Work directly with founders and leadership teams on strategic initiatives
Contribute to building scalable systems and processes for future expansion
