Job Opportunities:
We are looking to hire talented individuals for our AI Strategy and Automation Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. AI Consulting Lead (Experienced Professionals)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team to drive company-wide AI transformation.
- Work across departments to identify AI use-cases and define the transformation roadmap.
- Deliver end-to-end AI/automation projects and drive adoption across functions.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to prioritise and execute changes.
Background:
- 3–5 years of consulting experience (insurance preferred but not mandatory).
- MBA + B.Tech (CS/IT) from Tier 1 institutes.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, and automation concepts.
- Passion for AI and data-driven problem solving.
- Ability to break down complex business problems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
2. AI Consultants (Primarily M.Tech students /or freshers with a CS + MBA Background)
Responsibilities:
- Understand end-to-end business processes and create process maps.
- Define job roles and build AI transformation plans.
- Collect and document business requirements.
- Work closely with AI development teams to execute changes.
Background:
- M.Tech (freshers or with 1–2 years of pre-M.Tech experience) / CS + MBA)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, and automation concepts.
- Passion for AI, data, and building practical solutions.
- Ability to simplify and structure complex problems.
- Strong communication skills.
