Roles & ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit educational videos, webinars, and promotional content.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
- Add transitions, effects, animations, captions, and background music.
- Enhance video quality through color correction and audio optimization.
- Ensure content aligns with the company's branding and quality standards.
Graphic Design
- Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails.
- Create social media posters, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns and educational programs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
Content Support
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with current social media and video editing trends.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and reach.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Experience in editing Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos.
- Knowledge of thumbnail creation and social media poster design.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and time management skills.
