Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our jewellery brand. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, corporate office, and support functions.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, joining formalities, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing, deductions, incentives, and payroll-related matters.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, rules, and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, leave, and discipline.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, promotion letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with store managers and department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment, and attrition.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with the professional standards of the jewellery retail industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree or Post Graduate Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in jewellery, retail, luxury retail, fashion, or a similar customer-facing industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HR software/HRMS.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Should be proactive, presentable, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with prior experience in jewellery retail, showroom operations, luxury brands, or multi-store retail HR will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
