Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Fabrication Manager who can lead the fabrication team, manage production activities, and ensure quality work execution.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, metal materials, and workshop operations.
Key Requirements
- Ability to lead and manage fabrication teams
- Strong knowledge of metal materials and fabrication work
- Understanding of fabrication drawings and production planning
- Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented mindset

Work Profile
- Managing day-to-day fabrication activities
- Leading and coordinating fabrication workers and supervisors
- Planning production schedules and work allocation
- Monitoring quality standards and timelines
- Knowledge of MS, SS, Aluminium, and other metal materials
- Coordination with design, production, and project teams
- Ensuring proper material utilization and minimizing wastage
- Maintaining discipline, safety, and workflow in the workshop
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Metal Fabrication Industry
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in fabrication or production management
- Knowledge of fabrication machines, tools, and processes
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Basic computer and reporting skills
- Good communication and team handling abilities
