Job Description:
HR Talent Acquisition & Operations professional manages the full employee lifecycle, combining strategic hiring (sourcing, interviewing, on boarding) with administrative functions (payroll, HRIS maintenance, compliance).
Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration / Masters in Hospital Administration
- Develop sourcing strategies, manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements.
- Maintain HRIS systems, manage employee records, process payroll, handle documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage the on boarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
