Job Profile
As a Client Retention Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring timely policy renewals, improving customer retention, and delivering an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer portfolio.
- Contact customers before policy expiry.
- Explain renewal options and policy benefits.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations.
- Follow up for premium collection.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Update CRM records accurately.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Achieve renewal and retention targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
