About the Role
Life Care Multispeciality Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sister / Senior Staff Nurse with 4–5 years of experience in a Corporate or Multispeciality Hospital. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for effective patient management.
- Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration, and infection control practices.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage nursing operations within assigned departments.
- Train, mentor, and support junior nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Corporate Hospital or Multispeciality Hospital.
