Role
Handle inbound & outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert prospects into site visits & bookings.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads
- Handle inbound inquiries
- Explain services clearly
- Schedule site visits
- Update CRM / Excel
- Meet conversion targets
Requirements
- 1–3 yrs telecalling / sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic Excel / CRM knowledge
- Kannada (Mandatory)
- Target-driven
Preferred
- Construction / real estate / interior sales experience
- Knowledge of home construction
