- Job Title: Accountant & Administration Executive Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial operations, taxation compliance, banking activities, legal documentation, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of GST regulations, Tally ERP, accounting principles, legal drafting, and business administration. Candidates with an MBA qualification and relevant accounting experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP.
- Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial reporting.
GST & Taxation
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.).
- Reconcile GST data and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle GST audits, notices, and departmental correspondence.
- Maintain records for tax assessments and compliance.
Banking Operations
- Coordinate with banks for account management and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheque payments.
- Manage loan documentation and banking formalities.
- Monitor bank balances and reconcile statements.
Legal Drafting & Documentation
- Draft work orders, agreements, contracts, and service orders.
- Prepare legal notices, declarations, affidavits, and business correspondence.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with legal consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required.
Formal Correspondence
- Draft professional letters, emails, notices, and official communications.
- Prepare client correspondence, vendor communications, and internal reports.
- Maintain documentation and filing systems for company records.
Administration & Reporting
- Assist management in business planning and decision-making.
- Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- MBA (Finance/Accounting/Operations) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, Word, and Office applications.
- Experience in legal drafting and business documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
