Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized and people-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, with a major focus on employee onboarding, HRMS administration, time office management, attendance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling employee queries while ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process from offer acceptance to joining.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and background verification.
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs.
- Create and maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation and HRMS entries.
2. HRMS Support
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRMS.
- Support HRMS processes related to employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data.
- Assist employees and managers with HRMS-related queries.
- Coordinate with the HRMS vendor/IT team for system-related issues and enhancements.
- Generate and maintain HR reports as required.
3. Time Office & Attendance Management
- Manage daily attendance, shift schedules, late marks, overtime, and regularization.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for attendance corrections.
- Maintain accurate time office records and prepare periodic attendance reports.
- Support payroll inputs related to attendance, leave, overtime, and other time-office parameters.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance and working-hours policies.
4. Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate employee events, celebrations, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee communication and engagement initiatives.
- Gather employee feedback and support initiatives to improve employee experience.
- Assist in organizing employee surveys and engagement activities.
5. General HR Operations
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and HR processes.
- Maintain employee documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
- Prepare HR MIS and operational reports.
- Support HR audits and compliance-related activities.
- Assist the HR Manager in various HR initiatives and projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations/generalist roles.
- Good knowledge of employee onboarding and HR documentation.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and attendance/time-office systems.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills with a strong employee-service mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with biometric attendance/time-office systems.
- Experience supporting payroll processing.
- Exposure to HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Experience in employee engagement and internal communications.
- Familiarity with HR analytics/MIS reporting.
