We are looking for a Data Operator with experience in an Injection Moulding manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate production records, entering production data, monitoring rejection and downtime reports, and supporting the production team with timely and error-free data entry.
Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, ERP/Data Entry Software)
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing company.
- Experience in an Injection Moulding plant is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily production data accurately into ERP or production software.
- Record production quantity, rejection, downtime, and machine-wise output.
- Prepare daily production MIS reports.
- Verify production data received from machine operators and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments for data accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Ensure timely and error-free data entry.
- Maintain proper filing of production documents and reports.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Experience in production reporting and MIS.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of Injection Moulding production processes.
