Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in the IT hardware and enterprise solutions segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Corporate, SMB, Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing sector.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including IT Managers, Procurement Heads, CIOs, CTOs, and CXOs.
- Promote and sell IT hardware products and solutions including:
- Laptops, Desktops, Workstations
- Servers & Storage Solutions
- Networking & Security Solutions
- Audio Visual Solutions
- End User Computing Solutions
- IT Peripherals & Accessories
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the presales team for solution design and proposal preparation.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for pricing, availability, and special bid opportunities.
- Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in IT hardware, infrastructure, or enterprise solution sales.
- Strong understanding of OEM products such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling corporate and SMB accounts.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with System Integrators, IT Resellers, or IT Solution Providers.
- Existing network of corporate customers and channel partners.
- Experience in handling enterprise accounts will be an added advantage.
