We receive student enquiries through digital marketing campaigns, WhatsApp enquiries and incoming admission calls.
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Admission Counsellor who can professionally handle student and parent enquiries and support our admission process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle student and parent admission enquiries professionally.
- Answer incoming calls related to EV, Diploma and technical courses.
- Follow up with fresh and interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility and career opportunities clearly.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert enquiries into institute visits and admissions.
- Maintain proper daily follow-up and enquiry records.
- Update lead status and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
- Handle WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with the admission team for student visits and enrolments.
- Achieve assigned admission and follow-up targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of Telecalling / Admission Counselling / Customer Support / Inside Sales experience required.
- Experience in educational admissions or student counselling will be an advantage.
- Excellent Tamil communication skills required.
- Basic English communication ability.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Good communication, convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle student and parent enquiries professionally.
- Comfortable working with admission targets and incentives.
- Must be willing to work from our Egmore, Chennai office.
- Immediate joining preferred.
Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Work From Home is not available.

Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
