Key Responsibilities:
HR & Administration:
Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and employee coordination.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Assist in recruitment activities including resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Coordinate joining formalities and maintain employee files.
Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
Handle office administration tasks and coordinate with different departments.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Coordinate with management for employee-related matters.
Sales Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and identify potential clients.
Contact prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Follow up with clients and maintain good customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain sales records and update CRM/database.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR processes and sales techniques.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
