Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to support and execute urban beautification, landscape enhancement, streetscape improvement, and public infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, project coordination, contractor management, and ensuring timely completion of beautification works.
Eligibility
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 1+ year of relevant experience, OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise beautification and urban development works such as parks, streetscapes, walkways, public spaces, landscaping, facade improvements, and related civil works.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards for construction and finishing works.
- Measure work progress and verify contractor bills.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and budget requirements.
- Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory management.
- Identify site issues and recommend practical engineering solutions.
- Support project documentation, record keeping, and handover activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Good understanding of landscaping, urban beautification, and public infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and project management capabilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in beautification, landscaping, smart city, urban infrastructure, roads, parks, public realm, or municipal projects.
- Familiarity with estimation, billing, and project monitoring.

CTC: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
