Job Summary
We are looking for a GTM Engineer with strong expertise in CRM architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Python, and API integrations. The ideal candidate should have enterprise-level architecture experience and the ability to connect CRM, Sales, Service, Revenue, and integration platforms.
This is not a Salesforce configuration-only role. Strong technical architecture and integration experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise CRM and GTM solutions.
- Work across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Design and implement integrations using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and Python.
- Connect CRM, Sales/Service, Revenue, and external enterprise systems.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Define integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and solution designs.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams.
- Support CRM modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong CRM Architecture experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud experience.
- Strong MuleSoft Integration experience.
- Strong API/REST integration knowledge.
- Good hands-on Python experience.
- Enterprise-level solution architecture experience.
- Strong understanding of CRM and Sales/Service processes.
Good to Have
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience.
- CPQ / Billing exposure.
- Experience with enterprise integration architecture.
- Salesforce or MuleSoft certifications.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have a strong combination of CRM + Salesforce + MuleSoft + API + Python + enterprise architecture experience. Profiles focused primarily on Salesforce administration or configuration without strong integration/architecture exposure will not be suitable.
