About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Massage Therapist to join our wellness and healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, helping to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand health history, concerns, and treatment goals.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate massage therapies.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, sports, and wellness massages as applicable.
- Create personalized treatment plans based on client requirements and preferences.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and progress notes.
- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety throughout each session.
- Educate clients on self-care practices, stretching exercises, posture improvement, and wellness recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitation of treatment rooms, linens, and equipment.
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, wellness practitioners, or healthcare professionals when required.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of oils, lotions, linens, and other treatment supplies.
- Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certification or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Wellness Therapy, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, rehabilitation clinic, healthcare facility, or hospitality environment.
- Freshers with relevant training may also apply.
- Knowledge of therapeutic, sports, or wellness massage techniques is preferred.
- Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology is an advantage.
- Fluency in English preferred.
- Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is an added advantage.
