— Be the go-to for all B2C customer queries across email, phone, and social channels
— Handle a team of 2 CRM associates
— Own the post-purchase journey — order updates, delivery follow-ups, returns, resolutions
— Communicate with clarity, warmth, and zero corporate fluff — our customers are discerning
— Coordinate with internal teams (ops, logistics, product) to get things fixed fast
— Spot patterns in customer feedback and surface them as actionable insights
— Help write and refine SOPs so knowledge doesn’t live only in your head
— Contribute to shaping what an excellent customer experience looks like at FableRoom
— Office timings would be 1 pm to 10 pm
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
