Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000per month (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure productivity.
- Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with marketing, sourcing, and CRM teams for lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, channel partner management, and team handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented professional.
Location: As per company requirement
Experience: 5–10 Years in Real Estate Sales Management.
