Job Description: CRM Executive
Location: Jaipur (C-Scheme)
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, maintain customer databases, and support sales and service teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience handling CRM tools and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth customer experience
- Generate reports and track customer engagement activities
- Maintain records of calls, emails, and client interactions
- Assist in lead management and customer retention initiatives
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or client servicing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
