Experience: 0-3 years
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting company projects and services, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in market research, client relationship management, and customer engagement
Understanding of real estate trends, property laws, and project development processes
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
