Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our reach in the education & technology sector by promoting our products and services to schools, institutions, and corporate clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, meetings, and networking
- Convert leads into business opportunities
- Pitch company products and services to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement
Revenue Generation
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Market Outreach
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate sales reports and updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Good presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech / Institutional Sales
- Experience in B2B sales
