Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee-related registers including Attendance, Leave, Bonus, and other statutory records.
- Maintain and organize employee files related to PF, ESI, Leave Records, Attendance, and other HR documentation.
- Prepare and share monthly attendance reports and maintain proper records of leave applications.
- Coordinate with different departments such as Production, Accounts, Administration, and Factory Workers for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and coordinate office maintenance activities and ensure proper upkeep of office infrastructure.
- Regularly check and update Conference Rooms, Meeting Rooms, and different factory areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Handle internal coordination and provide administrative support as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated accurately and timely.
- Support management and departments in routine administrative and coordination activities.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office documentation.
- Ability to maintain records systematically.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
