*Job Overview*
Bione is seeking a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Consultant to promote and sell Bione Kits to prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
Generate and convert leads into customers.
Promote and sell Kits to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide market feedback and customer insights to the management team.
*Requirements*
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
