Role: SAP BW/HANA + Native HANA Technical Lead
Experience: 8–12 years
Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on work in SAP BW/HANA and Native HANA programs.

Drive projects with the cross vendor team from technology governance, architecture perspectives

Review solution design, technical standards, and implementation quality.

Troubleshoot and optimize HANA performance and data processing.

Work closely with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
-
SAP BW/HANA and Native HANA hands-on expertise.

Good understanding of SQLScript, modeling, and performance tuning.
-
Ability to stay hands-on while also handling governance and architecture discussions.
-
Cloud exposure SAP Datasphere migration to Azure, with cloud exposure around 30%.
Good to Have:

SAP SD module knowledge.
-
Basic domain understanding.
