The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime. This role supports operational efficiency by maintaining machinery, electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
- Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
