- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, promotional campaigns, and quotas to achieve corporate revenue targets.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Minimum 5 Years Experience needed as a Sales Manager in Textile Industry
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
